Sardanas en la Plaza Sant Jaume

Así como en Colombia tenemos el joropo, la cumbia y el mapalé por estos lares, Barcelona y Cataluña en general, también tienen sus costumbres músico-danzantes.
La Sardana se llama y es una sencilla danza que se suele bailar en grupos de gente de todas las edades al son de un curioso ritmo musical, a veces relajante a veces acelerado pero siempre con un gran feeling, y que normalmente se reúnen en plazas y sitios diversos.
Esta vez me encontré a un grupo de practicantes de esta arraigada tradición en la Plaza Sant Jaume en pleno centro de Barcelona.

Yo entré a ver «Sardinas» en la plaza, porque pensé que habías tenido un error de digitación… que bruto!… afortunadamente tengo amigos en Barcelona (y a Wikipedia) para que me saquen de ese oscuro hueco de la ignorancia cultural…
(Y eso que me gusa la música… qué tal que no?)

Los abuelos del video hacen lo que pueden que es muy poco, si quieren ver como se baila realmente una sardana les recomiendo cualquier video de una colla sardanista joven de los que hay en youtube.

i was reading throught some of the posts and i identify them to be plumb interesting. pathetic my english is not exaclty the exceptionally best. would there be anyway to transalte this into my vernacular, spanish. it would in reality help me a lot. since i could approach the english terminology to the spanish language.
